Leadership & Corporate Governance
GUNA SPA. is fully committed to strong corporate governance. GUNA principles and rules on corporate governance are laid out in the Articles of Incorporation and the Regulations of the Board. The Board reviews these principles and rules regularly in the light of prevailing best practices and notifies the Chief Executive Officer with suggestions for improvement, as needed.
Board of Directors
The Supervisory Board elects the Board of Directors of GUNA, which is responsible for the ultimate direction, strategy, organization, and administration of the company. The GUNA SPA Supervisory Board is comprised of:
- Dr. Alessandro Pizzoccaro, Chairman of the Board. Dr. Pizzoccaro is GUNA’s worldwide Founder, Chairman and CEO.
- Dr. Adriana Carluccio, Vice Chairman. Dr. Carluccio is specialized in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technologies and Quality.
Both Dr. Alessandro Pizzoccaro and Dr. Adriana Carluccio have been immersed on a professional and international level in the field of Integrative Medicine for 25 years.
